Meet Jennifer

I spent 15 years in private equity supporting senior executives and managing a team of administrative assistants. When your job is protecting an executive’s time, you learn exactly where a busy leader’s week leaks: the inbox that never ends, the calendar tug-of-war, the follow-up that slips.
Now I build the AI systems that fix it. I’ve built them for three companies, including my own film company, Mello Media, where the same kind of systems run my own outreach.
What I’ve built
  • An email triage system that sorts a founder’s inbox several times a day, seven days a week
  • A data security framework that teaches AI tools to recognize proprietary information and keep it private
  • An automated newsletter that runs on its own
  • LinkedIn outreach connected to the same system as my email, so conversations and follow-ups live in one place
What runs my own company
  • A CRM that learns. It tracks every person and every conversation, and it learns how I speak to each one, so my follow-up drafts sound like me and pick up where we left off.
  • A matchmaker for my network. When someone tells me who they want to meet, the system searches my contacts for the right people and drafts the introduction email for me. Nothing sends without my approval.
  • Meeting notes that teach the system. My AI is connected to my meeting notes, so it understands who I’m talking to and what we discussed. The more I use it, the better its recommendations and drafts get.
It all runs in the background, which frees me to focus on client builds.
What I love about this work
Every entrepreneur runs their business differently, and that’s what makes this so exciting to me. I love sitting down with you, learning how you work, and seeing how creative we can get building a workflow that fits you and no one else. I’ll bring the ideas, and because you’re busy, all you need to do is approve them.
Training
Graduate of Operator’s Map, the AI operations cohort from Harlem Labs. I stay in regular contact with the team behind it, so what I build reflects current best practice.
